At your initial consultation we need to get to know you, your lifestyle habits, dietary patterns and goals, so we can provide personalized advice. It is just the start of the solution. Review appointments are essential to empower you with all the relevant information and practical advice you need. The number of review sessions depends on your motivation and commitment.
Appointments for home visits, telephone and email consultations are available. Country, interstate and overseas clients often use these options. It can even be useful if you live locally but just don’t have the time to get to an appointment or for follow-up.
